Happy Spring Festival of your Choice
Going to the in-laws' today...for dinner and to give my MIL her birthday gift as her birthday is Wednesday (the day after my dad's!).
So, I asked what can I bring as my contribution to the feast? Her reply...fried apples.
Okay, fried apples. FRIED APPLES?? She never even made fried apples once that I can recall...so WTF???
She's testing me, I just know it.
But, I'm a fabulous cook (which she has yet to admit) and I have Google, so all I have to do is Google a recipe and voila! Fried fucking apples.
Oh, and I'm bringing chocolate frosted brownies too...so that I can have some sort of dessert I enjoy...
*grumbles* This is why hubby and I hibernate in our apartment every weekend...
