Hi Cathy; There are two series that I LOVED. The Mitford Series by Jan Karon; about a small town in NC and the people who live there; the first book is: At Home in Mitford. All told, about seven books, and all are real page turners. Secondly, An historical series, taking place in and around Savannah, GA by Eugenia Price. The first book is Savannah. The places she mentions are real and so are some of the charactrs.
