Good News!

My dad had a pacemaker put in today...he got through the surgery fine and (last I heard) was in recovery.

Whew.

I was so very terrified...it made me realize I am SO not ready to lose my parents.

I was also very mad at my husband because he would not agree to go down to Florida early (we're scheduled to go Thursday and return Sunday).

Tonight I'm baking cakes and bread puddings.

Nom.

Thanks to you guys for all the kind words. You lot mean the world to me.
