I'm glad you had a good trip away! Everything sounds wonderful.

I know unsolicited medical advice isn't often welcome, but I have had similar skin problems in similar places, and discovered that pure coconut oil worked wonders. In fact, I treated my problem with it in despair, and it disappeared in about three days and hasn't recurred in the last two years. Of course, your problem may well not be my problem, but this is at least something to consider.

I do hope your skin clears up soon, because such things are miserable.
