rayvyn2kToday is my hubby's birthday! He is in for some real surprises. His team mates decorated his desk after he left work last night and it looks amazing. Also, I bought a cake which I will be taking in today to surprise him. When I talked to his manager yesterday (to ask if the cake thing was okay) the manager told me again what a good wife I am. Awww. I try.
My biggest worry is that his gift will not arrive today. Grr. I ordered it and it was supposed to be here in 3-5 business days...and of course, it's taking the five. Today is the fifth day and I am really hoping it's here when we get home.
He did not want to go out to dinner or anything. He asked me to make him his favorite meal which is salmon patties so I will. And he claims he's going to watch all three LOTR movies back to back, but since the first one is nearly four hours long, I kinda doubt if that will happen tonight. ;)
Anyway, I must go get ready for work so I can get there early and deliver the cake.
