I'm going to Disney World!!

For my birthday!

I may have mentioned that my sister and I have birthdays which are two days (and five years) apart. Hers is 8/15 and mine is 8/17. From the time she was born, we have celebrated them together, usually on the 16th.

The last time we were together on our birthdays was five years ago...when I was 45 and she was 40.

We have been talking about getting together for my big one this year (50...eep!) but it didn't seem as though the stars would align properly...and then...

...this morning she called. Her hubby asked her what she wanted for her birthday and she told him she wanted me. (Awww.) So he handed her his credit card and told her to book a flight for me to come down to Orlando! Two days in Disney World! Park Hopper passes! No kids or husbands! YAY!!

And it's less than two weeks away. I'm so psyched!
