What I'm doing is eating less and exercising more. I've cut my portion sizes and am trying to watch my fat/calorie/carb intake. I'm using low fat stuff like cheese, etc and I eat a "Healthy Choice" entree for lunch every day. I snack on Triscuit crackers (only one serving per day which is 7 crackers) and apples. I eat Kashi cereal for breakfast. I stopped drinking soda. As for the community you mentioned, if there's interest, go for it.
