I believe it gets over 1000 hits on an average day, and most posts have over 100 comments. A lot of the regular commenters are older, almost all are really smart, and there is a lot of snark and humor. While some are more... strident... then the rest, there is none of the frothing-at-the-mouth hate and rage that you see on some of the far right blogs. All in all, it's a nice place, and welcomes all kinds - except trolls. It's a daily habit for me.

You used to be able to access the archives, but that seems to be gone. Maybe I'll email him and ask why. He has written some incredible stuff in the past. Rarely does it now, unfortunately.
