Why can't our government be so sensible?

In other news, I think my hubby is depressed. Which is depressing the hell out of me.

Yeah, phrases like "War on Terror" or "War on Drugs" are over-simplifications, little sound bytes that make the speaker seem brave and patriotic to people who don't actually want to understand the whole situation. Thankfully, more people are now waking up and realizing that the emperor (or, in our case, the Duhbya) has no clothes. FINALLY.
