Weekend adventures and pic spam!
Sep. 23rd, 2008 08:41 pmOn Saturday, hubby and I got up and out of the house early. We got our emissions test done (passed with flying colors) and then we went to Mimi's Cafe for a fabulous breakfast.
After that, we headed over to the Murfreesboro Greenway to attend a smallish art festival. We bought a lovely candle holder thingie made out of twisted wire, another made on a potter's wheel with horses cut into it and a lovely print of two bluebirds on a branch. The bluebird artist asked if we were newlyweds. Hee. That was nice.
We did all that and still got home before noon and were lazy for the rest of the day. All in all, a lovely way to spend a Saturday.
