A very thoughtful blog entry that makes sense to me. And I completely agree with the author...I intend to boycott Amazon until an apology is issued. Not some mealy-mouthed excuse like they have been offering but a full-blown "We fucked up, we apologize."

Hubby and I spend hundreds of dollars on Amazon every year. Not huge money, granted, but still.

I've got my ears open...and I'm waiting to hear the magic words...
