Hubby and I are almost ready to head out on the road. Going to Florida to visit my family (as if those of you who read this didn't already know that!)

Got the pies, the suitcase, the Scrabble game...

Can't wait to get there...pics when we return on Monday!

...yesterday. And as I was going through it I realized that my first three chapters are utter crap.

The rest of it is pretty good--if I do say so myself.

But I resisted the urge to correct or rewrite and I got some more of it done. I want to try to actually finish it, if not send it out into the world.

"Yeah, right." I hear many of you saying. And you're correct. But, the characters seem to be bothering me again, so we'll see how it goes.

I intend to get it finished, then go back and see if I can do anything about the first part of the book.

On another note, by this time next week, Hubby and I will be on our way back from our Florida visit!
