Insert Clever Blog Name Here

It's taken me two weeks to write 3600 words. I was stuck for most of that time. Finally had a breakthru mid-week last week and managed to fine-tune what I have.

Still need another 2-3k words before I can put it up, tho.

I knew it would be harder, but damn.

Chapter 7 is now up.

Chapter 8 is in the works. I was afraid if I took a day off, I might slack off, but that hasn't happened, thankfully.

Been reading some fic, some of it fantastic, some dreadful.

I need more fantastic fic in my life, I think.

Nothing much else to report. Same shit, different day, bigger pile.

The Binding is now up to five chapters and nearly 34k words. EEK!

And I am so proud of myself because I'm still writing every day. In fact, as soon as I've finished this entry, I'm moving to Chapter six.

Nothing much else going on here. Hubby and I gave blood yesterday (well, I tried, but they wouldn't take it because of my medications, bastards) since the need is so great.

Guess that's it for now. Gotta get the Word doc up since I have the house to myself for a couple of hours.

I'm here, still depressed. Having good and bad days.

I have been updating my old, multi-chaptered fic "The Binding of Hermione" which I've given a new title, simply "The Binding".

It has been substantially rewritten as I'm trying to make it as canon compliant as I can (except Snape doesn't die and EWE, obvs.)

Warning for Non-con & abuse in early chapters, but I'm exploring recovery from abuse (of which I am knowledgeable because of my past), mental illness (of which I have some experience, too) and healing and treatment for those things.

Of course, there's lots of lemony goodness as this started as a PWP that developed a plot.

Originally, Lucius was going to be the big-bad of the story, but that's changed, too.

Snape and Hermione are accidentally magically bound together due to a potion which results in an empathetic connection. I'm trying to finally finish it, there's 3 chapters up so far. A couple more are nearly rewritten. Then the hard part...new stuff!
