And I'm off work until Monday. *big happy sigh*
Today is pie day. I'm going to make two apple, two pumpkin and one chocolate pecan pie over the course of the day. I am starting early by washing up the dishes...then I'm going to magically transform into the pie queen!
Tomorrow morning I'm peeling 5 pounds of potatoes for mashing. Then we are heading out to the country to give thanks with the in-laws and my kids. Should be good.
Hubby is working Friday and Saturday this week to make some extra money, but I refuse to feel guilty. I'm taking my five days off and enjoying the heck out of them!
Speaking of relaxation...I recently discovered Pogo...I know, a bit slow here. But if anyone on my f-list is a member, friend me okay? I'm rayvyn2 there because the racka fracka would not accept rayvyn2k for some reason.
Doctor's report: I'm not progressing as quickly as he would like with my rehab, but I'm in the acceptable range. I think that's because my doctor is used to working with motivated athletes rather than lazy grandmothers. heh. But, I really do need to do more exercises at home and not just depend on my PT twice a week...
