House hunting
Jun. 3rd, 2006 09:18 pmHubby and I went house hunting today...in other words we went out and toured some models of manufactured homes.
We found one we both like:
"The Cedar"
We decided that if we do actually buy this one that we would not have the wet bar added and would seperate the back part of the "game room" using Japanese screens and use part of the room for an office and the other part as a den/library. We would also not add the half bath as two bathrooms would be more than enough. Another thing we want is sliding glass doors from the dining area outside.
The survey is finished, we are just waiting for the papers to be filed and then we go to the lawyer to have the deed drawn up.
