Project Gratitude, Day 15
Aug. 15th, 2011 09:11 pmI am grateful for my sister who was born today *mumble* years ago.
I am also grateful for getting off of work. Work was a bitch today with the phone calls back to back for four solid hours. It wouldn't be so bad if half those calls weren't for questions the staff people could find the answers to themselves if they would bother to use the tools they have been given. TOOLS THEY ASKED FOR AND PROMISED THEY WOULD USE. But oh, it's just easier to call. But not FASTER, bitches. Can you believe that some of them waited for TWELVE minutes for an answer they could have found with just a tiny bit of effort?

Also grateful tomorrow is my last work day this week.
