Our new baby

Our old car blew the transmission on Friday.

We rented a car and had the Buick towed to the shop. The repair would cost 2400.00. Hubby decided we would just get a new car.

So, at 8 am yesterday, we were getting our car repaired, by 2 we were on our way to CarMax, and by 5 we had signed the papers on our new baby.

( It's a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. )

My head is in a whirl at how fast it happened. My husband is not known for making snap decisions.

I told him it doesn't count as a birthday gift. ;)

I'm going to get a tattoo today. Hubby and I designed it. It's going to celebrate my OTP. I'll post a pic later.

As promised, my tattoo

A collaborative effort between me, my hubby and the tattoo artist. I designed it, hubby drew the heads, I drew the bodies and the artist added the stars and the writing. I wanted something to celebrate my OTP.



When I'm 80 and the great grandkids ask me about it, I'll tell them that Nana used to write naughty fan fiction and got a tattoo to celebrate it.
