rayvyn2k...aka Bucky Barnes. I've seen the movie 3 times, and Sebastian Stan's acting is amazing. He has like five lines in the entire movie, but he projects so much emotion with just his eyes.
So, I'm thinking, how does Bucky Barnes deal with what he was forced to do as the Winter Soldier? What are his thoughts? What does he do, where does he go? He's got a metal prosthetic arm and is nearly as powerful as Cap. How do you hide something like that? How can he live, work, exist?
Hubby thinks, and I agree, that the next Cap movie will deal with both Bucky/Winter Soldier and the return of the Red Skull who was sucked into the universe by the tesseract opening a portal during the finale of Captain America the first Avenger.
I just wonder how they're going to handle Bucky's state of mind. I cannot imagine the guilt, especially if he remembers what he was forced to do. Since Pierce talked about "wiping" Barnes' mind, perhaps he doesn't remember too much after all. It's a nice little mind puzzle.
I may have to have a go at writing something in that universe.
Speaking of, working on the prompt fest fic. Hope to have it finished this weekend.
