I've already been given two gifts!

When I got home today, on the dining room table...a set of 8 crystal wine glasses! (15 is crystal and we've needed a full set of wine glasses for a while.)

Then, I got up to do something in the kitchen and when I got back to the desk, there was this:

The Illustrated Harry Potter!

I didn't even MENTION that book! He's so good. :)

I got him the Nightmare before Christmas clock which I ordered in August, figuring I wouldn't get it until I finished paying for it. WRONG. It came like a week later, and hubby saw the box and of course, the box said "Nightmare Before Christmas Clock" on the OUTSIDE, so he got it then.

Buttttt.... he's also getting these: Star Wars Hand Towels

He doesn't know about the towels, yet. :)

Lol! I love those towels! And the clock is wonderful. Let us know how you like the book. I'm of two minds about it: curious, but I also have my own mental images that are familiar and dear to me. Strongly influenced by the movies, of course, so I'm not sure about illustrations.

The little bit I looked at last night are wonderful. My mental images are largely influenced by the films, too, but I don't think the illustrations in this book will affect those. ;)

Yeah, the clock is cool looking. It lights up and plays the music on the hour and the ghost guy comes out of the cuckoo space. :)
