I'm in a bad place right now. Tell me everything will be all right.

It's so hard when something you believe about yourself is confirmed by someone you love.

It just hurts way worse.

Ya know, no one's perfect, and no one has the right to expect anyone else, or themselves, to be perfect. And not being perfect is not a flaw, because perfect is not a fixed point, but a concept. Our negatives are as much a part of us as our positives, and one person's negative may be another's positive, so stop beating yourself up over things that don't matter. And I promise, whatever it is, it isn't all that important.

The world sucks, and it's fine. You and I suck, and we're fine.

{{{hugs}}} You're right. As usual. It was the jerk brain talking... but it yammered at me all day. And I forgot to take my medicine yesterday, which didn't help much. I'm feeling a bit better today, hubby is here which helps. Love you so much.
