I had a root canal yesterday. My dentist is good, but expensive. Totally worth it. He numbed my gum before he gave me the shot of novicain and for the first time, I didn't feel the shot. Then he did all the work and when the novicain wore off, it really didn't hurt much. It's a bit sore, but nothing like I've had before. And he's a Harry Potter fan! I think Dr. Z is a keeper.

I miss watching Marlins baseball.

We didn't go to the RenFest last weekend because it rained. I made a new, lighter dress--from linen this time. I made it in one day...all I have left to do is hem it. It's lavender with lace around the edges of the sleeves. I'll take a pic.

I didn't, and probably won't, go see the new Star Wars movie.

Hubby has been painting birdhouses lately. I'll post some pics later when I have more time. They are very creative and beautiful.

I have to get brake pads for my car.

If hubby can get August 1 off, we are going to the wedding of an online friend we've never met! W00T!

I miss The Amazing Race already.

I need to get busy on my long-neglected fic and type up my entry in the SH Spring Faire contest.

I'm running the KA trivia a week from Friday and the subject is Remus Lupin. Any Lupin fans out there have any suggestions for HARD questions?

Well, time to go to hell--er, I mean WORK. heh.
