Still not much to say

Except I'm worried about my family. They all live on the southeast coast of FL--so please send an entreaty to whichever deity you prefer asking to have that storm miss the USA and turn out to sea.
My hubby and I scored free tickets to a Weird Al concert tomorrow night!
I have sent what is written of Chapter 8 of "The Binding..." to my beta begging for advice. This chapter is turning into a real bitch to write. I think it's good, but I've sweated and agonized over it for so long, I needed another pair of eyes to be sure.
I liked the way "Transitions" by Shags ended.
Still rooting for Chip and Kim to win The Amazing Race.
My second grandbaby is due next week. I'm supposed to fly to FL to see him on 9/16. Of course that's going to depend on what Frances does.
I am really looking forward to the upcoming three day weekend.
I love listening to John McEnroe's commentary on the US Open matches.
Guess that's all for now.
